Subject : Ordering Process
Q1 - How can I place an order with you?
Orders can be placed either by phone, by email
or online through our website.
On-line : The easiest and most convenient way
for most of our customers to purchase their wedding stationery is online.
Simply select the design and items you would like to order and then add them to you shopping cart. Once they are in your shopping cart you will be able to select the ink colour, text colour and enter your personalised text. Do not worry at this stage if
your order contains any errors as you will have plenty of opportunity afterwards
to make changes (See details of our free proofing service). Our
partners PayPal accept all major credit and debit cards.
By Phone : If you would rather place your order
by phone please call us on (01296) 250020 and we can take the details of your
order over the phone. You can then either pay by credit/debit card (we will need to send you an invoice via PayPal) or else send
us a cheque or postal order made payable to "Special Day Invitations". Once we
have received your payment we will begin work on your proofs.
By Email : If you would rather place your order
by email then email us details of your order, we will then send you an invoice via PayPal. Once we
have received your payment we will begin work on your proofs.
Q2 - Can you explain how the complete
ordering to delivery process will work?

of our website.
Q3 - What if I make a mistake when ordering,
can this be corrected later on?
Yes, of course. Please do not be concerned
that you do not have all of your details correct at the time of placing an
order. It can be very difficult to enter all the information perfectly on-line
so we have a rigorous proofing process (see below). As a result of this you
will have plenty of opportunity to make changes to your order before the
stationery is finally printed. We will not send anything to the printers for
final production until you have confirmed you are happy with the wording being
used.
Q4 - I want to send out invitations to my
guests but I do not yet know what wording I want to have on my other items
(menu, order of service, order of the day, thank you cards etc) as these details
still need to be decided. Can you deliver these items separately?
That is no problem at all. Just place your
entire order with us at the outset (this will mean that if your order totals
over £200 you will avoid needing to pay postage costs) with the information you
know at the moment. At the time of ordering (or soon afterwards) just send us
an email asking that we process the invitations first and await confirmation of
the wording for the remaining items. We can then agree wording for the
invitations with you and get them printed ahead of the remainder of the order.
When you know what wording you want on the remainder of the order let us know
and we can arrange for the remainder of the order to be printed.
Q5 - What if I change my mind, what is your
refund policy?
If you want to cancel your order at any time
prior to the final production of your invitations we will provide a full refund.
Q6 - I am not happy with my stationery that
I have received from you can I have my money back?
In the unlikely event that you have received
your stationery and are not happy with the quality of what has been produced we
will offer a refund upon return of the order. However we would strongly
encourage you to request a sample of your stationery in advance to check it is
really what you want.
Q7 - Can you print invitations in a language other than English?
Yes, this is no problem. If you want to have your invitations printed in a language other than English just let us have details of the text and we can get it printed. If you would like invitations in dual languages then just add the same items to your shopping cart twice but specify different languages for each one. If you have any questions about this then send us an email.

Q1 - How can I be sure to get a good deal
from you?
Our prices are set at 10% below the
manufacturers Recommended Retail Price (R.R.P), this ensures you get a great
deal when ordering your wedding invitations on-line. In addition to this we
offer an extensive (and free) proofing service to ensure that your order arrives
at your door exactly as you want it.
Q2 - I have found the same invitations
cheaper elsewhere, can you beat their price?
We will certainly try! Some on-line retailers
may offer the same stationery at lower prices for short periods to try and
attract customers. Ultimately we do not believe they can sustain these prices
in the long term but we would be happy to try and match any of their offers.
Just let us know where you can find the same
invitations cheaper and if we can beat the price we will! So what have you got
to lose?
Q3 - Does your stationery come supplied with envelopes?
Yes, all the stationery items that need to be posted come with matching envelopes supplied for free.

Q1 - What is a proof?
A proof just shows what wording will appear on
your wedding stationery. The proof will show the colour and style of the text you have chosen. See below to understand
our proofing process.
Q2 - I am a bit nervous about buying and
specifying the wording for my the stationery on-line. How can I be sure
that my final stationery will not contain any errors?
Your invitations are the first thing the guests
to your wedding will see and so they are important in setting people's
expectations of your wedding. As a result of this they are very important to
you and we understand that completely. We therefore have a rigorous "proofing
process" to ensure that your stationery arrives at your door exactly as you want
it.
If at any stage in this process you want to
make changes then that is no problem. Changes to the wording, text colour or
text style can be made at any time in the proofing process without incurring any
additional costs.

Q1 - Can you send me examples of the wording
that might be used in my wedding stationery?
Yes, of course. Sets of example wording can be
downloaded from our website
Q2 - Can I specify my own wording?
Yes, we supply lots of example wording to help
make this easier but the wording to be used is your decision. You are free to
have whatever wording you like.
Subject : Personalisation of Stationery
Q1 - Can I chose the ink colour used in my
stationery?
Yes, this can be specified when purchasing
and/or changed at any time during the proofing process.
Q2 - Can I chose the text style used in my
stationery?
Yes, again this is specified at the time of
purchase and/or changed at any time during the proofing process. The following
text styles are currently being offered

Not all text styles are available with all stationery. The individual product pages will specify which text styles are available.
Q3 - Can the front of the stationery be
changed at all?
Normally the front of our wedding stationery cannot be
changed, the designs are fixed. Only the wording, wording colour and wording
text style can be personalised. However some designs can be tailored - if you are in any doubt then please just contact us and we will see what can be done for you.

Q1 - How quickly can you deliver my
stationery

However let us know if you are working to a
very tight timescale and we will try to help. Additionally some of our
stationery is available on an express service from the suppliers which means we
should be able to deliver it within 3 business days. However an additional
charge would apply which is currently around £50.
