Postage Costs
We add a flat £4.95 postage and packaging charge to all orders whose value is less than £200 for delivery to a UK mainland address. Postage and packaging is free for all orders over this amount to a UK mainland address. Postage to European countries is charged at £14.95 and to the USA at £29.95.
All our products are dispatched by courier and will require a signature as proof of delivery. We can deliver to home or business addresses whichever is the more convenient. Please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel during business hours (we are unable to specify a time).
Standard delivery times
Typically order times from the date the order is placed to the final delivery of stationery are 10 to 21 days. However if you have a tight deadline let us know and we may be able to priortise your order.
Once we have received your order we will send you a set of proofs for your approval usually within 3 business days. At very busy times of year it can take up 5 business days. Once we have received your agreement/changes to this text we will arrange for a final proof to be drawn up for your agreement (this will once again be delivered by email) within 1-2 business days. Once we have received your final approval we will issue the instruction to have the stationery printed. We would expect the stationery to take around 5-15 business days to be printed. However there will be some variation around these times due to seasonal changes in demand. These are typical times and are not guaranteed.
However please do let us know if you are running to a tight schedule and we will do our best to meet whatever timescales you require.
Express delivery times
If you pay extra for "Express Delivery" then proofs are typically turned around in 24 to 48 hours and dispatch is up to 5 working days following approval of final proofs. If you approve your proofs quickly then it is realistic to obtain your stationery within around 1 week of having placed your order.
Cancellations/Refunds
Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to the agreement of final proofs and a full refund will be made. It is not possible to cancel an order once the proofs have been agreed and the order is with the printers for completion.
Refunds
We fully believe that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of all our products. However if you have any cause for dissatisfaction we will either reprint or refund the cost of any purchase in you notify us within 21 days of the order being dispatched. In the case of a refund we will require the complete stationery order to be returned to us in full (postage costs being payable by the customer).
